We mainly accept experimental films/video and visual art. But don't hesitate to submit your project even if it doesn't fit into those categories.

All submissions must align with our mission of promoting creativity and unique works.

You must own the rights to the content you submit.

We do not accept any content that includes hateful, discriminatory, or offensive material. Submissions must be respectful and inclusive of all communities.

Your media may be featured on our “On Demand” page, unless you specify otherwise.

• File Size: Due to storage and broadcasting limitations, please ensure your submission is 1GB or less.

• File Format:

  • Youtube or Vimeo links are best for video.

  • Acceptable formats include MP4, MOV, MP3 and AVI.

  • Please contact us if your file falls outside of these formats.

  • Please share Google Drive/Dropbox links for other media.

    • Please ensure file permissions are set to either “Anyone with Link” or share with internetpublicworks@gmail.com

• Resolution: For optimal quality, we recommend a resolution of 720p.

  • If your file exceeds 1GB or a resolution of 720p, we reserve the right to downscale the quality based on storage and broadcasting limitations.
    

• Quality: Ensure your video and audio are of high quality. Poorly produced content may not be accepted.

• Introduction: Consider including a brief introduction to your work, either within the video or as a separate text file. This helps reviewers understand the context and significance of your piece.

• Contact Information: Include your name, contact information, and any social media handles or websites you'd like us to include alongside your content on our “On Demand” page.

• Credits: If applicable, include credits at the end of your video, acknowledging all contributors.

  • Please ensure all credits are part of the video itself. InternetPublicAccess™ will not include any additional credits or information alongside your media during our live stream.

By submitting your content:

• You swear that you are the sole copyright owner of all media and no one else can claim copyright to the submitted work.

• You grant us non-exclusive rights to broadcast and distribute your work on our platform.

• You retain ownership of your content and may request its removal from our platform at any time.

• We reserve the right to reject any submissions that do not meet our guidelines or standards; and/or modify your work to remove any copyrighted elements (such as music or logos) prior to broadcast.

• We cannot guarantee when your submission will be played due to the 24/7 live stream nature of our broadcast.

• You must have permission to share from anyone appearing in the video, (or permission from parents/guardians if minors). We are not responsible for obtaining these permissions; the creator/submitter must maintain any records and be able to provide them upon request.
